Joan Walsh is a business coach. She is a co-founder and principal of FSMI, a firm that specializes in helping individuals and organizations create plans, set goals, and implement actions to achieve extraordinary success.

Through coaching and consulting, Joan assists clients in expanding their awareness, discovering their passion, increasing their confidence, and realizing their dreams. Her passion is supporting others as they seek to be all they can be.

Over her successful twenty-six year career, Joan has worked in a variety of industries in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, sales, and organizational development. Prior to co-founding FSMI, she operated her own business and worked with Westinghouse Broadcasting Company, Sperry & Hutchinson, Time Inc., and Hallmark Cards.

Joan has an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications. Her dynamic personality makes her a popular speaker and facilitator. She and her husband, Tim, live with their two sons, Bobby and Brian, in Kennett Square, PA
